The renting process through them is not the best overall. I do give them good points for allowing your application to be good for 90 days. However, they took two weeks to process my application. I was the first person to view a duplex, and assuming I was one of the first to apply. Once I applied, I gave them a call within a few days and a week later.
The application was still being processed, but on the second week, they called me. Me and my applicant have very good credit scores and make 3 times the rent of where we applied, but they said it wasn't enough credit history and that we would need a cosigner. I told her okay I would fill out another application for a cosigner but that same day they gave the duplex to whoever was next in line. Good for them but bad for me I waited two weeks to be denied then once ready to add cosigner, they just gave the duplex away.... Hopefully, everyone else has a good experience, but my experience was not the best.

They keep saying me and my boyfriend can't get accepted. It's always for different reasons, too. Also, there's one lady there who's very rude, so I'd never recommend anyone to rent through them!

The front desk Ms. Becky was extremely nice!!! I don't know if we will get the place because we have been unsuccessful every time we tried but (fingers crossed) here's hoping! I hope it's not a waste of $50. I'm nervous though. Nope, no such luck!! Idk what they want you to have but my husband's credit score is good enough to qualify for a mortgage and we have lived in the same house for over 10 years never late on rent. Idk what this place wants 🤷🏾‍♀️

I been in my house since February I love it but my husband been put a work order in and didn’t hear nothing back from them then if we decide to move they gonna charge us and leave us to pay for it or take it out of my deposit which I paid a lot so come fix what needs to be fixed

My daughter completed an application two weeks ago and waited a few days to follow up since she hadn't heard from them. Upon calling she was told that the unit had been rented, when she asked for her application fee back she was told no. About two days later this shady company ran her credit even though they didn't have a place to rent to her. I was livid because usually if the place has already been leased before your app is processed you get your money back, not this place. Anything to keep the money I guess. Smh! Fast forward to today, two weeks later, they send her a text stating that she needs a cosigner to qualify. So I call them up, because how does she need a cosigner for a non-existing rental? Of course, the lady on the phone talked in circles about their shady processes. Honestly, I think she dodged a bullet and it'll be a cold day in hell before I allow anyone to cosign for a place for her from these crooks. I should have read the reviews before I allowed her to apply from the start. Save your money, look elsewhere! Waste of time and money!!!

My husband and I filled out an application which costs us $50 dollars! Never heard from them, that was in January. In February I called and the woman said our application was t processed and took down my number said she would call me back. Never called, so they took our money and then here we are almost middle of April and nothing. I’d stay away from this company. I read the reviews and we went against our feelings and thought we would trust them and they did to us what they did to everyone else.

Worst company I have ever rented from. I called due to mold, electrical problems and leaks in my apartment. They did nothing, even went so far as to ignore my calls. I wrote a letter to them describing the problems and made sure they had my letter. A week later they finally reached out to me and another week went by before even trying to fix anything. Meanwhile they gave my personal information to their contractors and got me in trouble at work. Then their contractor called me at 7pm.When I brought this to their attention they yelled at me and said I was unappreciative and we would have to agree to disagree. They have been rude to me and then tried to blame me for getting mad when they yell at me and wont even take two seconds to listen to me. One lady cut me off and yelled at me " well if you would just let me speak". She didnt want to hear what I had to say and instead wanted to shut me up. Not to mention how rude the president of the company "Mark Brewster " was when he came to my house. He gave excuse after excuse, and treated me as if I were a child. I am paying these bills and they have no respect. They lost my personal items to where I have to buy new things, they left my lights on and raised my bills, they left my doors open where people walked into my apartment and granted she was my friend thinking I was home, but it could have been anyone. I understand that there are precautions that they have to take on these things, but the lack of communication and respect from this company is quite ridiculous. I will never rent from them again. If you are looking to rent, I highly suggest going to hardy realty for it. They handle their business a lot better and are a lot nicer of people. would give 0 stars if I could! they took our money without reviewing our application and then i called to follow up and was on hold for 12 minutes while they were giving away the apartment i was calling to follow up on. she then proceeded to review my application WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH ME after giving away the apartment that my partner and i applied for. (We were the first ones to apply btw). they also lied and said that the apartment was posted 2 weeks before the original posting date. I went an hour after the apartment was posted online to go view and one of the employees (Esparanza?) even confirmed that it was just posted! (Thursday Sept. 29th) horrible experience and terrible communication, they pick and choose who they want to live on their properties and not by first come first serve as they told my partner and I. Would never recommend to anyone
