Bryan Lemus was exactly what I needed in a salesperson. I’d been shopping around for a Bronco for my son for 3 days at 6 different dealerships and was almost ready to start looking at other brands. I know exactly what I wanted, the lease terms I was looking for and I told that to every employee at every dealership I dealt with. Not one of them listened and all kept trying to change the lease duration or mileage. Bryan was the only one who paid attention to my wants and knew I meant business. We closed the deal inside of 30mins on the phone. He went above and beyond to provide good customer service. He took time to set my son’s Ford app up and show him around the car and even delivered it to us himself. I first called Galpin at 2:09pm and Bryan answered the phone. The Bronco was in my driveway, paperwork signed by 5:45 and I live 45mins away from the dealership. Easiest deal I’ve ever made. I would love to give you guys more business. I visited Galpin Ford today to test drive a Ford Mustang, and Carl Carda was my sales agent. The experience started on a positive note with a complimentary coffee before Carl took me to their second lot, where they store their performance cars.

We began with the Mustang. While the exterior design is striking, I quickly realized that the interior space was quite tight, especially in the second row. However, the driving experience was very enjoyable—smooth and engaging, making it a strong contender for anyone considering their first performance car.

Carl then showed me additional options at another lot. He also appraised my Porsche and offered an excellent trade-in value, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, despite the Mustang’s many merits, the limited interior space fell short of my expectations, particularly for a vehicle intended to accommodate four passengers. As much as I wanted to make this my new year’s gift to myself, I ultimately decided against it.

Overall, the new Mustang is a great car for enthusiasts, but I hope Ford considers improving the interior space in future models. Transitioning from Porsche to another brand, especially in terms of luxury and comfort, is not easy.

I highly recommend asking for Carl if you’re visiting Galpin Ford. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about cars. His professionalism and expertise made the entire experience enjoyable.

I took my Bronco in for service this week and it was, as always, a great experience! Michelle Goertz was my advisor and she is awesome! I always get the feeling that the employees are genuinely happy to work there😁 I had a long wait but the patio is so comfortable and I had breakfast at the cute little restaurant compliments of Galpin! Also got a free car wash so my baby was nice and shiny when I got it back! I have a Ford dealer just 5 minutes from my house but I drive all the way to the valley for Galpin😁
