We were dealing with tenants who were challenging to work with, but Gabe’s team handled it exceptionally well. Even though we were out of town, they had the home staged beautifully and took care of everything that needed to be done.

Gabe is a top-notch negotiator. This is the second home he’s sold for us, and both times, he was able to negotiate a sale price significantly higher than the initial offer. He always looked out for our best interests, especially during critical moments when things were moving fast, and we forgot to ask for certain things. For example, he advocated for us to negotiate down the buyer’s commission when they weren’t willing to meet our price, ultimately securing the net amount he assured us we’d receive.

Selling in a slow market with no other offers in sight was daunting, but Gabe’s expertise and determination made all the difference. We can’t recommend him and his team enough!

My wife and I met with Gabe Mendez and Alfonso Delgadillo recently to discuss what our path to home ownership would look like. We were anxious about what to expect because we felt like we had a long way to go before even being considered ready for ownership. Gabe and his team did a wonderful job of helping ease our stress by walking us through our current financial situation and showing us where we needed to be. Turns out we aren’t as far off as we thought.
We decided to begin these conversations with Gabe before meeting with anyone else and I’m so glad we did. I’ve followed his path through social media for a few years now and always felt like he would be the person to help guide us through our first home purchase, and he exceeded all our expectations. He was courteous, he listened to our concerns and addressed them all with us, and not once did he go into a pre-recorded pitch about getting us into a place right now, which is something I think we all have dealt with before when making any sort of large purchase. Our biggest red line was to keep our children in the same school district, and he did not push a relocation option after hearing our concern. That alone showed me that he is worth working with.
Gabe, and the team he has assembled, helped us develop a plan, and he committed to following up with us routinely to help keep accountability and ensure we are successful in this together. I look forward to working through this with his team over the course of the next year or so, and I am excited about my future again knowing that I have a team who genuinely has my back in this fight. Although we’ve only met in person once so far, he has treated my wife and I with the utmost respect and provided us with the confidence we need to make our dream of home ownership a reality sooner rather than later.

Where to begin this entire process was absolutely amazing Gabe Mendez has been an extraordinary person during this entire process and every step of the way. I decided to work with Gabe Mendez because he had previously helped my brother in purchasing a home and I knew that he was very helpful throughout the home buying process with my brother.
