Gabe was truly exceptional! Made my 1st home purchase a very smooth one, with little stress involved. I was impressed with the amount of knowledge, data, and ways to create a plan that worked for me. -First time home buyer and to be honest this was the smoothest home buying experience I could ever ask for! I've had friends and family tell me that buying a home is the most stressful thing ever; however while working with the Chavez Group I had a great time.
-Given how crazy hot this market is ;Gabe was still able to get me a home I liked within 4hrs of the listing hitting the MLS and under contract by lunch.
- I worked with 3 other Real estate agents during a span of six months and The Chavez Group was hands down the best. He went through all of his available rescources to help me find a place. (Facebook, MLS, Craigslist, ect) and gave me weekly updates regarding the housing market.

Great team!!! Had another realtor who I thought was not doing as much as they could but I did not know just how much less that person was doing. After about a month i got out of that contract and I went with the Chavez group. Amazing results start to finish. Very professional and quick service, great pictures of our home, they did a 3d tour for online of our house and it really helped cut down on unneeded foot traffic. Wverything was explained from the get go paperwork wise. They answered ally questions and always got back toe quickly same day. I can say my home was sold in 20 hours, literally 20 hours after going live, 3 showings, two offers and went under contract within 20 hours. I can not praise them enough, true knowledgeable professionals. I would and do recommend them for you house buying or selling.

Amazing experience wth Gabe and Nicole. From start to finish they were professional and attentive and answered my myriad of questions in a timely manner. All the stress was taken away from us as they took care of every detail from helping stage for the sale right up to closing. Bonus for us was their fee structure which kept our equity were it belonged, in our bank account! Even though their fee is minimal the quality of their service was not and included a 3D walk through and drone pictures. Highly recommend to both sellers and buyers.
