This company managed the place I was renting. I never had any major issues with them. If I had an issue they were prompt to get back with me. The do have a thorough move-out check list. But if you treat the rental well they will treat you well.

I wish there was a way to put NO STARS for their rating! These people were beyond unprofessional. The communication and follow through was absolutely horrible. Short, rude and completely incompetent employees there. Good luck to poor people that deal with this company. I recommend taking a bullet to the head before dealing with them . It’s less hassle and possibly less painful!

Absolutely very unprofessional, set an appointment to see a house, came back and asked if I could handle everything online and was told yes. I do the application online and can't pay my deposit, so I called the lady and someone different got on the phone and said " no, you can't do it online" she said just come early in the morning. I get there 20 minutes after they open and she said someone had already paid the deposit on that home yesterday right when they were closing... WTH
