I recently had the opportunity and true luck to get to have Nikki take care of my loan on my new home! I can't tell ya how easy she made this process go! Everything was simple, easy to understand, on time or even EARLY!
Throughout the process, she was always in communication and SUPER friendly. It was really great working with such a professional. Blake and team made the process easy to understand and efficient. He explained the process and documentation needed and the technology with loanDepot made my portion of the process much easier than planned. We had a surprise on the appraisal and Blake explained all my options and adjusted my loan structure so I did not have to change much from the initial plan. The last mortgage I received was no where near as smooth as this one.

Not only did we close on time, we surprised him at the end and moved the closing up on him, but since he our loan documents out a week early he and team were able to help with our last minute requested change.

He communicated with the builder, realtor and us in every step of the process.

The cherry on top was the great rate he gave us ( better than the quotes we received from other lenders ). I would completely recommend Blake to any family and friends who need a loan.

When we buy our investment property next we will be calling Blake to do the next loan for us. Thanks for all your hard work and helping us get into our dream home.

If I could give zero stars I would. Hayley was fine to steal our business from another lender but when we wanted to go back she didn’t care to listen to what we wanted. She wouldn’t release our rate lock so we could move forward with our previous lender. When she did finally do it 5 days later we are now too late too close as scheduled. Leaving us without a place to live for an entire weekend. She was so worried about closing a deal she didn’t care about what we wanted. Do not recommend.
