We have taken out 3 mortgages in the last 5 years, all of them with Front Range Mortgage. They have been great to work with. Brian does a great job of getting a product that fits your needs, and Erin and Alex do a great job of getting all the necessary "boxes" checked. And any time you have questions, they get back to your promptly. It has been an easy process every step of the way. The last mortgage we took out with them, we ended up being out of state for a week around the closing time. However, this didn't faze them in the least. They were able to arrange for a notary to be available and come meet us where we were!

I was very impressed with Front Range Mortgage and their Customer Service and attention to their customers. I have already begun recommending them to friends who are looking at refinancing or purchase a new home. In todays world, I have found it difficult to find a company who actually spends money on their customers. At the beginning of the refinance, they sent me a gift basket along with useful information, and while we were waiting on the appraisal, they sent a movie night package with popcorn and a free movie. Finally after all was said and done, the offered a final thank you gift. As far as the process went, it was very smooth, no pressure and no games were played. They told you everything up front.
