Furthermore, I work with several other property management companies. Becky, from FPM is a step above the rest. It’s a pleasure to work with this company and its vast portfolio. It’s extremely rare for a property manager to be as knowledgeable about each of their properties as she is. Especially, with as many properties as they manage.

Normally, when my services are requested. It’s a guessing game on what’s needed. However, Becky has already gone above and beyond. She makes sure that I know exactly what is needed to complete my work. Becky, even provides detailed explanations, photos and direct communication.

For me, this company is highly recommended. professional and actually cares about the properties they manage.

Last your I decided to switch management companies for a rental house I had for over 15 years with a larger real estate firm. Becky at Friddle Property Management has exceeded all my expectations. Her service is incredible at very competitive rates! She cares a lot about the business and goes beyond the ordinary, taking care of your home like it is her own. She is kind and easy to work with. She has a deep network of reputable contacts to provide whatever maintenance support might be needed for your home with excellent quality and fair prices. She also has a good decorative eye and has offered many suggestions to make the home more appealing for those renting. We had a weather incident that caused damage to home. She secured a reliable contractor; everything was fixed quick and looks better than before. She also helped coordinate with insurance as needed. She has secured good tenants very fast. With her knowledge of the area, she seems to have a cunning ability to match renters with a home that will serve them well for their needs and interests. I suppose because she is a good listener.
