Frank Moore & Company has taken care of my home and first rental property. The experience has been a lot easier and stress free then I thought it would be thanks to Sara and her professional management. Sara keeps me informed with anything about the home that I need to know and she has responded to any of my questions. Most of the time the only correspondence is when I look at the statement and receive the deposit each month which is why this experience has been a good one. I don’t have to constantly be on the phone or respond to request. Everything is being taken care of by Frank Moore & Company.

Thank you so much to Dawn for spending countless hours and days with me and my husband to find our first home in Pooler! Dawn was on top of everything from the moment we told her we were ready to start looking. She stayed in constant contact with us both and always returned emails and phone calls quickly, she answered every question we had and helped us with all concerns. When we have had other questions after closing on our home she is more than helpful still. If 10 stars was an option id still rate her higher! The best realtor we could have ever asked for.

Very good overall rating! The only thing that I was NOT a fan of was paying money for that program that I did not want to be a part of but had to be. Otherwise very quick to respond and moving out was a breeze, Sara Tinley was always such a huge help. Thank you!
