Mr. Fox and staff were awesome! We rented for 5 years with Fox Properties and were always treated with respect. When we had an issue he had someone at our door within hours. He was always up front and honest. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better rental experience.

Mr. Fox and his staff are fantastic! We never had an issue. We rented for 2 years with Fox Properties and every time we had an issue with the property, Mr. Fox had someone at our door within just a few hours. Some think he is rude, but he is not, Mr. Fox is direct, and he doesn’t give you the run around. We were always treated with respect and kindness.

Mr. Fox is the best realtor I've had so far. Wish I could get the house fixed but I don't think that is his job but the owner. I love fox properties. When i need mr fox he always step up. keep up the gd wrk.

My family and I rented a house from Fox Properties for 5 years. Maintenance requests were always handled very efficiently and we never had trouble with the property management. They also have better rates than the competition, generally better properties for the money. 10/10, would rent from again.

I have been his tenant 3 years and I have gone through some personal things... he called me and checked on me. Comes to fix the house whenever I have a problem and is extremely professional and easy to talk to about anything. I could not have prayed for a better landlord.

DAN FOX HAS A HOUSE LISTED IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD. THE SIGN HAS BEEN LAYING FLAT IN THE YARD FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS AND THE GRASS NEEDS CUTTING VERY BADLY. OBVIOUSLY HE HASNT BEEN THERE IN AT LEAST 3 WEEKS TO CHECK ON THE PLACE. AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WAS NO LONGER FOR SALE BECAUSE THE SIGN WAS GONE. BUT IT WASNT GONE JUST LAYING FLAT IN THE YARD. SO ANYONE DRIVING BY WOULD NOT EVEN REALIZE THE HOUSE IS FOR SALE. THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR IS ALSO FOR SALE WITH ANOTHER REAL ESTATE COMPANY AND HAS BEEN KEPT UP AND DEFINITELY MORE ATTRACTIVE TO LOOK AT JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE KEEPING THE YARD UP. BOTH HOUSES ARE UNOCCUPIED. I WOULD NOT USE THAT REAL ESTATE COMPANY BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY HE IS PRETTY UNCONCERNED ABOUT WHETHER IT SELLS OR NOT. OH, AND I EMAILED THE REALTY ABOUT A WEEK AGO ABOUT THIS AND THAT EMAIL HAS NOT EVEN PROMPTED THEM TO TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUE.
