When I accepted a job in Savannah, I had basically one day to find a place and I knew I wanted a house not an apartment. I lucked into finding not only a great home but also great property managers. Ken and Mona were as nice as they could be to a single gal looking for a perfect home for myself and my dog. They were helpful and informative and never misleading. The few problems I have experienced in my almost two years in Savannah have been met with prompt and courtesy responses. I feel like a have a second set of parents with Ken and Mona. I highly recommend them for any of your real estate or property management needs!

My bf and I rented a property in Georgetown. During the walk through, everything was filthy, walls had peeled paint and holes in the walls, and the fence had large gaps. We assumed everything would be fixed prior to moving in. No. Nothing patched or painted. Fence still had huge gaps even though we had dogs. Several fixtures and outlets were non functioning. During the first month we noticed one toilet was non functional (could flush, but nothing went down, just backed up). The weather stripping in every door was missing, you could see light on all sides. We had rats and the feces to prove it all over the house even though I vacuumed daily. When I called to express concerns, I was ignored until I began citing landlord Tennant laws. The husband of the company visited and told me my claims were false and there was nothing to report. I did give attitude, and he called my bf at work to complain about my attitude and ask for a meeting without me. I showed up anyway, and my bf corroborated everything. The guy says "well I appreciate our military, so I'll look into this further" (my bf was a soldier). Within days plumbers showed up and pulled towels out of the toilet piping. And that a**hole opened the attic door and rat poop rained down like Armageddon. 0/10 would not recommend. The wife is a Sweetheart but her husband is the worst.

I'm a professional business owner here in Savannah Ga. I do many different things here in the city. I called Four Star Property Management office on May 22, 2019 to offer one of my profitable ventures. It was understanding if they weren't interested, but a gentleman answered the phone and was extremely rude to me. I found it to be unnecessary. He quickly told me HE wasn't interested in my offer before I could explain.
I called back immediately to tell him his voice tone and professionalism was not necessary. He yelled again and quickly disconnected.
I called back a third time and spoke to a nice sounding lady... I realized than how misable that gentleman is with his life so I explained to the nice sounding lady how he would never go further in his life with that attitude.

Shame, shame, shame on Four Star Property Management for having someone like that as a front face for that establishment.

If I were seeking a home to either rent or purchase because of that gentleman I would not use Four Star Property Management.

I rented from four star for about 3 years. They were great people to rent from. Any time anything broke or was not working, it was taken care of in a timely manner. They were always easy to get in contact with and were very professional.

When I moved into the house the toilets were dirty and roaches on the floor. When time to move out I was charged cleaning chargers. Was very fast to fix something when it was broken. I'll give him that.
