The ladies in the office are nice and very helpful. The office on Macon Road has an easy process to view any of their properties with a key in hand. They provide paper copies with a list of their properties in a bin conveniently right outside of their front door. Very impressed with the customer service that the ladies naturally provide. I also liked the check list they ask you to fill out when you view any of their properties. I felt comfortable answering all of the questions in the list; it is actually pretty genius of them to have the renters checklist be an initial part of the prospective rental process! ! Thanks for a good experience Fountain City Reality!

For my deaf community don't ever ever rent that place! I hate that lady who answer the phone always have a stink attitude and got me evicted after I turn in my dogs two services and talk about they want me to have one dog after I turn in the information and they won't get me a interpretation. So yes they sucker

Fountain City may offer affordable rates, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory during the over two years we rented from them. While one front desk employee consistently displayed rude behavior, another was courteous and empathetic. However, our maintenance requests often languished without response, and attempts to communicate via text messages went unanswered. The only prompt communication we received was to notify us of unexpectedly high water bills. Despite increasing rent twice, no improvements or updates were made to justify the cost hikes. Additionally, they claimed we hadn't paid a pet deposit until we provided proof, at which point they miraculously 'discovered' the records. While Fountain City might suit those seeking budget-friendly accommodation, don't expect exemplary service or reliability.

Their properties are horrible. They give you keys to go look at them when they haven't been cleaned at all..The last tenants things still in there . Water damage and all kinds of other things smh. This place shouldn't even be in business.

I love my apartment complex, we just had our 1st barbeque for the summer and as always our property manager Nikki is always here and socializing with her residents, we truly miss Cindy here but Nikki holds it down and gets the job done, thanks Dasimen and Nikki for a great Sunday

The worst rental "agency" ever. Their property owners seem like slumlords. The properties are little more than slave shacks lathered with lead infused paint (that they warn you to watch your kids around). The maintenance or lack thereof seem to be "men" really down on their luck who are as sorry as ever or one of the "workers" boyfriends. Several properties still had the last resident belongings inside....after it had supposedly been cleaned. Some properties are coated with mold. After attempting to mention this the "staff", they quickly pointed out it was mildew. I was told not to turn the thermostat above 65 and that no space heaters of any kind were allowed. Really? There were no locks on several windows and after mentioning this...were never replaced. With all this imagine the staff. Rude, curt, crass, discourteous, disrespectful and arrogant. It's as if one was either interrupting their day or they were upset they had to work at all. They let tenants know boldly and quickly that they really have disdain for having to be in such an environment , let alone having to provide service to you (especially if you're urban-ish). Don't believe me, have a look at the front door of the office. It's filled with do's and don'ts like they are addressing school aged children. If one of the door filled orders pertain to your issue, I suggest going inside anyway to make them earn their pay. Don't get me started on their usury "portal payments". There is a $12.00 CONVENIENCE FEE. Talk about robbing the poor! Who get's a piece of this outrageous fee? The slumlord/owners? Take my advice....RENT ELSEWHERE!! You won't regret it!! P.S. I thought lead paint was illegal here in the US.....maybe not, but we will see.....

I moved out of 1 of Fountain houses 3 years ago, cleaned the house up and received my deposit back, I will be moving into another 1 of their properties in July, 2023. Every time I reported a problem, they would send the maintenance man over to fix it, I am thankful that the office staff is very Professional with me and I am very professional with them.

Laura is amazing. We have the same name 🙂 she knew a house was perfect for me. Since the first time i looked at it. But i kept looking and months later it was still there waiting for me. I recently applied and got approved. Im very excited for my new start. I had lots of questions and they didnt mind answering at all. Fountain city offers 1/2 month off and one month free on some of their homes and this was a huge help to me. Also they count lots of different sources of income that other places dont. The office is a friendly comfortable environment. Application approval came back quickly.
