My wife, and I were looking for a home and of course the housing market is crazy at the moment. We switched gears and started looking at apartments in the Chattanooga area to save on state tax. The apartments were not only more expensive but the quality was awful in that area. We decided to tour Fountain Brook and we knew immediately this was the place to call home. It’s a very nice and renovated spacious unit, maintenance has been BEYOND helpful. I’ve lived in 2 apartments prior and I’ve never had such a great maintenance team. Simple fixes like a toilet paper roll holder being loose handled almost immediately.

Shout out to Sherry for being an excellent communicator and advocate during the leasing process. She’s friendly, professional, and made sure to answer all of our questions.

Also, again shout out to the maintenance team. Requests are handled quickly, they are really friendly and accommodating. I wish I remembered their names but I’m bad about that.

Beyond pleased with our experience one month in. Safe community for our one year old with many perks and amenities.

I was impressed from the beginning of the apartment finding mission. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautifully maintained and clean. I was shocked when they told me the apartments had been here for at least twenty years. The buildings look much newer. I have now been living here close to a month and I am so pleased. The apartment is quiet, I do not hear much from neighbors. It is so cozy and convenient. The appliances are beautiful and efficient, the closets are roomy. I had not lived in an apartment for several years so was not sure I would like it, but this apartment is wonderful. I highly recommend Fountain Brook Apartments.

We love living at Fountain Brook Apartments, the staff are great, and the maintenance workers are super quick to respond to any requests we have. We love having all of the amenities! We enjoyed the pool over the Summer, and the pet spa is a favorite because we have to groom our dog ourselves. The dog park is also amazing! Definitely a great community to live in.

We recently moved into Fountain Brook Apartments and the experience has been nothing short of transformative for my family. The spacious layout of our new home is a significant upgrade from our previous apartment, offering us not just more room but also a higher quality of life.

One of the standout features has to be the pool. My two-year-old is enamored with it, and I can't blame him. The pool area is well-maintained, inviting, and provides the perfect setting for family fun. I can see it becoming a weekend ritual for us to spend time there.

I have been living here with my husband for over a year and have loved the experience. The apartment management is amazing and most importantly I feel safe. They have some of the top amenities out of many apartment moments in the area. My personal experience below:
Pool: I love using the pool because it's clean and well maintained, as well as all the chairs, tables, and umbrellas. I use the pool for my morning workouts as well as to have a friend over to swim.
Pet Spa: The pet spa is a newer feature, and I used it when I was dog sitting for my neighbors. It was very well maintained with various features to clean, dry, and treat your pet.
Dog Park: There is lots of activities and safe spaces for your dog. When I was dog sitting, I loved taking her there to play and run around. It was very well maintained and clean.
Grilling Stations: My husband and I have used the grills for cooking meals, and it is very clean and kept up to standards. It is in a convenient area (located near the pool) so it helps during pool parties.
Package Delivery: I love having the parcel lockers because it keeps my packages safe from others. It is secure and easy to use by being provided a code and just to punch it in. The locker system is swift and is easy to access (close to apartments).
Highly recommend this apartment to anyone moving to the area!

Maintenance and neighbors are super friendly . The managers (the two women in the office) are the rudest people. Almost everyone that lives at these apartments agree. The places are super clean but for what you will be paying, I’d expect a nicer manager. Seems to be too many complaints because of them.

We love our new home at Fountain Brook! Our fur babies are so welcomed in this community! The amenities here are amazing! We love grooming our dogs in luxury at the Pet Spa. It is always clean and well stocked with grooming supplies. We enjoy the Pet Park and the exercise they are able to get conveniently at home! Fountain Brook has met our expectations and then some!!
