We went with Foundation Mortgage after they were recommended to us by multiple people. James was able to get us locked in with a great rate. Eric helped us throughout the loan process all the way to closing, even getting the closing documents prepared on short notice after we bumped up the closing date. Jake was awesome. He was always available and responded quickly, even on holidays and football weekends! It took us 9 months to find and purchase our home. Jake was patient and with us the whole way. James and his team really went above and beyond taking care of the financing aspect of an investment transaction I did. I do not even live in the state where I purchased it, and they made sure that wasn't an issue. they were super clear over the phone and emails about the whole process, and really accommodated all my needs and requests and made sure I got the best deals when it comes to financing (closing costs and rates). will highly recommend this team and I cannot wait to work with them again on my next purchase
