I had an outstanding experience with Fortis Mortgage and would highly recommend them to anyone considering buying a home (or refinancing) for several reasons. 1) Shawn, Carin, and the Fortis Mortgage team are very knowledgeable about the mortgage process and were able to answer all of my questions. 2) They took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand, which made me confident that they genuinely wanted *ME* to be successful. 3) The housing market has taken several unexpected turns recently but Fortis never made me feel like I was asking a stupid question, and they were always willing to go over things again if I needed to understand something better. 4) Fortis did an excellent job of finding the right mortgage for me.
