I’m giving a 4/5 stars. I’m in a situation where one of the leasing agents, I won’t put her name on blast, made me feel like a nuisance and I felt like she didn’t care about my situation. I won’t go into details about the conversation I had with her, however, it was enough for me to want to talk to someone above her to address my situation because I simple didn’t feel comfortable talking to her. I went and talked to Kema, who is absolutely a breath of fresh air in that place. She is super caring and will advocate and fight for you. Kema doesn’t stress you out, she makes you feel welcomed. My anxiety used to be at an all time high walking into that place before I spoke with Kema, now I feel like I can walk in there and know that there’s someone who actually cares.

They added this account to try and get their stars back up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR BAH WITH THEM. You will get horrible customer service from the leasing office and maintenance work orders take forever. I did not have a handle for my sink faucet for over a month because they didn’t even put the order in. The AC unit in my garage flooded the garage and leaked through my walls into the house. This would have been addressed during the annual inspection that my wife sat at home and waited for, but they never showed up. That was the second year in a row they did not show up for it. They asked me to complete the what needed to be done fix the unit from leaking, which I did. My toilet broke and they brought me the parts because they could not get a technician out. They had to replace my AC unit, refrigerator and dishwasher replaced, but that took some arguing to get them to do all those. They installed my ac unit completely cocked on the slap so it just looks stupid. I’ve had mold and they told me that’s normal and then said it was not mold and just painted over it. They also removed the mold work orders from the work order history. I also had a house fire and they told us they had a house for us, but that was only because the garrison CSM was there with my wife. The next day they said that house was going to someone else, and then gave us a quadplex instead of the duplex. When we moved her I denied the first house because I did not want to be in a quadplex. We had no option since we were homeless. I could go on and on about all the problems we have had here but most are not going to read this novel.

Brittany is awesome and she was able to help me get a rental verification I had an extremely hard time receiving for weeks from different places I rented at. I would recommend anyone moving into Liberty Wood homes to go see Brittany! She’s extremely professional and patient and had zero attitude whatsoever and took my stressful situation and treated it like it was her own! Thanks Brittany!!

I am just here to vent about the fact Fort Stewart Family Homes did NOT notify me in advance that there were going to be people working to replace the roof on my house. It is June 19th, everyone is off, and these folks are banging on the roof causing ALOT OF NOISE that woke My Son and I up. I have a Teenager who has Autism and he is super sensitive to loud noises. He is up at 7am crying and screaming because of the loud noises coming from the roof. I wish Fort Stewart Family Homes would have notified their residents of this roofing project in advance so that I could have made arrangements for My Special Needs Son!!

The upper lever management who makes the bigger decisions don't know what they are doing. They take forever to communicate to each other and to the family's they are supposedly here for. Xavier is the only helpful worker in this place so if you have a problem go to him, he genuinely cares unlike everybody else in there

For family homes are scum lords my house had mold then it cracks in the floors I’m serious that place sucks we was paying 1870 when we started we was only paying 1200. Of course we already knew that they took your whole BAH but geez fix something if you’re gonna take all my money, I would post pictures but I’m gonna let it be. I think it should be enough for me I guess.

We had nothing but problems with this house. With paint peeling off the walls, appliances breaking and them coming out multiple times to put a band aid on it, numerous spots of mold that we were told was “surface mildew and that it was okay”Doors not working such as locking or being stuck continuously. The housing office is crazy too. We moved out and of course had charges and we paid them. But if you pay for something, wouldn’t you expect it to get replaced? My wife knew the new family coming in and they were told we didn’t pay for a spot on the rug, when we in fact did and have proof, and the spot was never replaced. Is Some one pocketing the money? Glad to be off post.
