Ford Fairfield was a pleasant experience.
It was my first day looking for a truck, after the first dealership we went to I called them up and Broderick answered and said the truck will be ready for you when you get here.

To my surprise the truck was so clean and detailed. (We were comparing it to one that was just complete garbage at a different location.) But I did love the truck already.

I didn’t think I was going home with one that day but I liked it too much to walk away.

Broderick made it very easy for me throughout the whole process. He’s a hell of a guy and easy to talk to!

I recently bought a brand-new 2024 F150 from Fairfield Ford, and I can’t recommend them enough! The team there is absolutely incredible. Sharon Mercado was amazing - she made the entire purchase process so smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. She was super responsive to all my text questions, and we completed the contact and financing through email. There was a tiny issue with the rear seat lock, but Jake from service handled it like a pro and fixed it right away. And get this - they even arranged a Lyft to take me to Napa and back! Who does that? They truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I’m completely sold on Fairfield Ford, and I’ll definitely be back for any future car needs.

I would have bought a Tesla JUST to avoid the typical dealership torture, but I wanted an F-150 Lightning. I had a VERY solid experience with Noah from internet sales. He had such a great attitude and was a NORMAL DUDE, not a weird sales guy (like the manager that showed up to upsell us on the extra warranty).

Online portal made it easy for me to get some of the paperwork done before rolling into the dealership. Make sure you do as much as you can with the online portal or just talking to Noah on the phone before you go to the dealer. We got in and out pretty fast, but there were still a few 20 minute disappearances. WHERE ARE THEY GOING? WHAT ARE THEY DOING?

Love my truck. Hoping to have MINIMAL maintenance over the years and only see the dealership a few times before my lease is up.

Being in my seventies, I have purchased a few cars. Went in just to check out the Nautilus. Nice vehicle! Saw a Navigator and decided to check it out. Hashem was very helpful and showed us the vehicle along with a test drive. Checked their pricing with KBB and they were spot on. Manager came over to introduce herself and told us to feel free to contact her if there were any issues, nice person! Hashem worked up all the papers including a great rate on financing.
