I currently reside at one of the properties of Foothills Management, and I can honestly say, that they are one of the best property management companies I have experienced in a long time! If I call for a repair they respond immediately and send a skilled professional to take care of the repair. The staff are friendly and always helpful and they care about their tenants. I have lived in my apartment for 4 months and I have absolutely no complaints. I would highly recommend anyone to rent from Foothills Management due to my experience.

We been telling them for months about the ceiling was cracking and something was wrong!! They asked was it leakimg we said no cause of course it was starting to crack and buldge but no leak so finally we saw a leak and went up there showed pics and they have done nothing!! Now the ceiling has fell in on me while watching tv!! I am fed up with this place!! 2nd review Today now is 8/1 and I called up there to let them know that they not holding up the end of their bargain and this lady just said they dis handle it they have sent 3 different companies out to look at the ceiling that we been complaining about since May !! I said well we will discuss the rent once this get tooking care of she said it's nothing they can do about the rent and I said just lile there has been nothing done about this ceiling!! They put a tarp on the ceiling but want you to still pay the rent!! LMAO the guy said he is on another job like something needs be done about this ASAP

As somebody who has worked in property management. I can tell you that this management company is just after a paycheck they do not care about their tenant or their consumers in anyway. They’re cheaply made, PEST FILLED, Corner cutter properties are not for everyone. And If you are one day late paying your rent, they will file an eviction, leaving a permanent record of eviction in your name. Making it extremely difficult to rent or buy anywhere else. As well as leaving you with multiple fees, such as an eviction fee and a filing fee. That deposit that you paid, do not count on getting it back as they will find any reason to charge you extra money after you move out. Their communication is horrible. Do not count on any of your calls being answered or returned in a timely manner. Like I said this Company Is money hungry, and incompetent and the cherry on top is their cheap renovated homes!!

I've been working with FPM for a number of years now as a maintenance guy and I've been treated better than anywhere I've ever worked. Everyone at Foothills shows kindness and respect and Haley is especially sweet and helpful. I tell tenants they have the best rental company in town. They are all like family to me by now and I love them all.

This company is just a glorified slumlord. Looked at many of their rentals for months ahead of when we needed to be out and all of them have been GIANT red flags. Everything we have seen is always extremely dirty, unmaintained, and unsafe. Even homes above our price range ($1600+/mo). This company seems to just buy cheap, unmaintained homes and list them for rent without even doing the bare minimum to make these places livable to turn a HIGH, HIGH profit. They seem like they initially will poorly caulk and paint and just slap anything up over some of the glaring issues the first time they list it but definitely not after any tenants leave. They want you to rent their properties with broken fiberglass tubs, exposed insulation, improper wiring, unsafe steps and decks, trip hazard floors, improperly sealed showers/tubs/vinyl floors, and more. Some properties don't even have necessary appliances, like a fridge! They are HOARDING homes that someone could actually fix up to make decent to live in, and making a profit off of letting these properties rot while they rake in profit through renters desperate enough to live in a Foothills rental. Companies like this are the reason both the housing and rental market are overpriced GARBAGE!!!

I'm disappointed I've been renting a property in Westminster since August and it has been non-stop break-ins people vandalizing my car stealing parts of my car, flattening my tire. now throwing paint out everywhere all over the under pending all over the ground and splattered on the porches the top of the lights as soon as I clean it up it's right back out the next day. I'm on x patrol. I've done multiple police reports. I put up cameras. I've asked if I can have the actual owners information so I can give them a heads up that their property is being vandalized so they could catch these people in the act since the property owners are the actual victims of it I'm just a complainant. I was told they couldn't give me that information so as of now I assume that they still don't know the property has been damaged. Frankly I'm tired of cleaning it up so as of today with leaving this review I'm not going to clean it up anymore because I've even done maintenance reports and they've been canceled and told to call 911 well I did that multiple times. I don't appreciate having a man walk in on me at 3:00 in the morning. Taking showers in my house eating my food checking my mailbox.I don't appreciate being told that I have to pay to do my own maintenance either. So since you're clearly not listening to me now it's public information.

I’m so thankful that I chose to use Foothills Property Management. Jill has been amazing to work with. Anytime I need something fixed she is very quick to respond and get someone out to take care of the issue.

We're on our 3rd lease with foothills and we love them!
Don't get me wrong we've ran into some annoying problems like carpet they won't replace after multiple water leaks, but every time I put in a maintenance request I get a call back 2-4 hours and they come out the same day, or the next morning.(Jill is amazing)
