My husband and I had a horrible experience with one of the realtors from this company. Deborah Hill assured us that with Tammy Snider(loan officer from Renasant bank) helping us we could close quickly on our loan. After getting all paperwork needed for closing we were set to close on December 31. We were told on the date we were set to close that we couldn't get an FHA loan because neither of us had been at our jobs for six months. So after months of getting together paper work and with over $1000 out of pocket we were still without a home. After all this we were told we couldn't get out appraisal money back. We have been waiting for almost two months to get our earnest money back from Deborah Hill and we still don't have it. Now she is telling us we need to go to Decatur and get a check from the attorney. After all the troubles and problems we have had now we must go out of our way to get money back that we should have never had to pay. If either Deborah Hill or Tammy Snider knew what they were doing we would not have been put in this situation. We were told we had everything we needed for our closing and now we are renting thanks to these two women.

My mom and I had a house showing done by Hanna Foote. She showed up to the showing late and brought her husband and baby. The whole time we were viewing the home her husband and her completely ignored me and all of my questions. Very rude and obviously racists. As they acted completely different to my mom who is not black. So rude!
