I’m currently in the middle of my third lease with Steven, and he’s by far the best realtor/landlord contact I’ve ever had. Steven has gone out of his way time and time again to help me not only with leasing issues, but personal as well. He’s helped to convince my landlord to allow our family dog to live with us, worked with me to improve my credit, and I had a roommate and good friend pass away mid lease, and Steven did everything he possibly could to make the process following it be as easy as possible. I would trust Steven with anything at this point. He’s an overall stand up guy and great realtor.
