I can not recommend Tabitha Scott from Planet Home Lending Alaska highly enough. Let me tell you why!

As a first-time home buyer quite outside of the “normal” age to purchase a first home, I was a bit nervous and quite honestly, never believed anyone would lend me enough money. I met Tabitha through a mutual friend and I couldn’t be happier I did!

When Tabitha ran my financials, I was speechless. She is a wizard with numbers and in addition, she is sensitive to and works with any kind of issues that may stand in the way. She is candid and on it - if there is a better way to go, she has already done the research and is letting you know about it.

Tabitha also knows how to simplify quite complicated financial language into words people like myself understand. You feel secure and well taken care of because you are! And if it’s questions you have, she is available by phone, email or text to answer you.

Something that’s quite important to me is that Tabitha is local - she knows the people and particularities in our community and so she is not only our lender, but our neighbor. I would certainly call her should I ever need financing in the future and I will surely recommend her in my circles!
