We've decided to switch to Flexible Pest for our termite prevention and also added their mosquito prevention service. I was concerned about spraying chemicals around our pond and garden, so they gave me an alternative that doesn’t use sprays. Dale, our technician, installed the systems and was incredibly thorough, ensuring everything was set up correctly. What really impressed us was Dale's exceptional customer service. He took the time to explain everything, answered all our questions, and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. I contacted Heath, at Flexible Pest Services on the recommendation of my son, for the treatment of mice in the attic of our home and bat guano removal. He was very prompt coming out to assess our situation and provided an estimate along with a detailed description of the work to be done. I had gotten another estimate prior to his and it was above my budget. Heath is very personable and a pleasure to do business with! He sent his team out within a couple of days to do the work. I recently had occasion to contact Heath again upon the discovery of a large bald faced hornet nest that was hanging underneath my satellite dish. He gave me a reasonable price and said he would send a man out the very next morning! He arrived at 6:30 am to remove the nest while the bees were not very active. He succeeded in the removal and also removed wasp nests and spider webs around the house before leaving! I couldn’t ask for better service or quality of people and professionalism!

Heath and his team are phenomenal! I had an opossum hanging around my yard. I called and they came to set a trap and humanely relocate the little guy. This morning he was in the trap, I called and they were here within a hour. Very professional team who really know the business! I would recommend their services 100% keep up the great work!!!
