Marisa was FANTASTIC!!! She worked miracles to get the buyer of my home approved for their loan. She will jump through hoops, research, do whatever she can to take care of closing your loan. She kept us informed during the entire process - never leaving us to wonder what was going on. Marisa was responsible for a buyer's mortgage on a transaction in which I represented the seller. Her communication was terrific throughout the entire process and she was willing to communicate during the weekends to assure me and my seller that she was navigating through some "bumps" that came up along the way. The incredible part is that the "bumps" had nothing to do with her buyer having any issues, they were related to the Seller not being aware of details within the HOA that delayed the buyer's financing. Marisa was truly outstanding and a true pleasure to work with. It was a wonderful transaction due to Marisa's thoroughness
