This rating is for Ladson Fishburne. We saw one of his signs this past Sunday and called and within 10 minutes he returned our call. We made an offer and instead of waiting until Monday he spoke with the owner and when the offer was not accepted Ladson texted us that it was a no-go but that he had a rental we might be interested in. Within 5 minutes he was on his way with the keys! We to a tour and explained our situation. He was extremely helpful and encouraged to stop by the office which opened at 9. 🖋️ This rating is for the agency. We were greeted and given an application immediately. We had a unique set of circumstances but we were never led to believe we were not suitable renters. We were told that we would be notified that day. . . It has now been two days and we have still not heard anything.
We were in an emergency situation needing a place and we're scourering Walterboro for a rental on foot for two days. We happened upon a sign for FOG construction and called and within two days they handed us the keys. It's sad a reputable realtor could not help the way a construction group could.
