My partner and I own a condo in Metropolis Tower II and wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the efforts of our General Manager, Cristian Radu. While it’s not uncommon to encounter issues in any building—whether in the common areas managed by a separate GM or within our own tower—we’ve consistently appreciated Cristian’s dedication and responsiveness.

Whenever an issue arises, Cristian is prompt, communicative, and works collaboratively with us to find solutions to the best of his ability. His professionalism has not only been evident in our personal experience but has also been echoed by other homeowners in the building.

We’re especially pleased with the recent staff Cristian has brought on board, which we feel has been a marked improvement over previous teams. Of course, there is always room for growth, but we genuinely feel fortunate to have Cristian as our GM.

It’s easy to point out faults when things go wrong, but it’s just as important to recognize good leadership when we see it—and this is one of those moments.

FSR manages the property I live in, located in DTLA. Our general manager, Cristian Radu is the epitome of how a luxury, high rise should be managed and run. FSR is lucky to have someone of his caliber. Those residents in other buildings that left a bad review need FSR to bring someone like Cristian Radu to run the place. FSR got it right for our building.

Cristian and the FSR team have been stellar at Metropolis. Anyone with any rudimentary understanding of the complexities of running luxury towers can appreciate just how efficient and hard working FSR is, especially compared to other management firms.

I live at Hayden Playa Vista too. Not only they ignore serious issues like broken garage door that subjects the property to crimes, frequently malfunctioning elevator, etc. but also they cannot respond to a simple request of getting a garage door opener. Their promo video promotes itself as "responsive" service provider, but they cannot even meet that minimum threshold as a service provider. I tried to call 3 different numbers they provide, and they all lead to the same customer service center where the staff only takes your message. They will tell y you that someone will call you in 24-48 hours. It has been 10 days and nobody has called back despite repeated requests made via the same call center. Emails are simply ignored. Not sure where our money paid for their "services" go to.

0 Stars if I could. Our community has been dealing with this mismanaged company for several years as far back as when they were Euclid Management. There is next to no comunication within their office or with the homeowners. They usually fail to respond to homeowners and if they do respond it's several days later and even then they forget most of the details about the issue at hand. I have waited over three months trying to get some information I requested from Scott Sakai in the LA office. It boggles the mind how they can hire people with next to no ability effectively communicate. This is our 6th manager in ten years. That says everything.
