I would highly recommend First Realty Management, my Mother has lived in a Townhouse for ten years her experience has always been great, from the staff to the maintenance of her home when ever she has an issue management response right away. as for myself I just moved to my own unit and I feel like I moved in with a blink of an eye and the process was fairly easy thanks to the Assistant Manager Madaleni H. Again I would strongly recommend them they are amazing and their customer service is immaculate.

I gave a star to leave a review because this rental agency does not deserve a star. My family had moved in this unit in the month of April of 2022, we had no hot water for over a week, the manager at the time told the current manager to credit my family and never did. A few months later my electricity was shut off because my meter and the neighbors meter is crossed. Then a couple months after that my gas was shut off, again was suppose to be the neighbors. Still til this day they have not corrected it. Even after I called the office several times and told them the utility company said they had to call this is not my property. There has been dog urine on the back hall stairs. I've gone in the basement to do laundry and dog feces and urine were all over it. Their dog still urine's down there. There's mold in my storage unit in the basement and I was told it's impossible but the basement walls are always wet especially when it rains. I've encountered mice and roaches which I did not bring with me. I've had to come out of pocket for extra cleaning supplies because of those issues, after being told this was a clean and safe unit. LIES!!! All LIES!!! Management does not care if your family is safe as my daughter was jumped from their tenant's daughters and boyfriend with a brick and I also got hit trying to take them off my daughter and the only thing the manager seemed to care about was the police report and if I was to move to give a 30 day notice. I have told the manager on several occasions that this environment is unhealthy for my son who is disabled and the stress triggers him. She still has not taken any safety actions or made reasonable accommodations for my son. I sent an email to the Owner regarding everything we are going through and recieved no response. As I write this the downstairs neighbors are blaring their music and I have a restraining order against them which clearly states not to annoy me so you can see they do not care either. They've had altercations with several neighbors and harrass my company. If you want a safe, clean peaceful unit. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!
I'm in the process of getting my family out to a SAFE, CLEAN & PEACEFUL unit.
