Joe helped walk us through the entire process of buying our first home. He took the time to explain the ins and outs, and I felt like it helped us to make an informed decision. I was very nervous about the entire process, and he really explained things in a way that made me more comfortable. Joe was knowledgeable about older homes and the areas we were interested in. I felt confident that he would steer us in the right direction. Joe was also very responsive, and he always got back to us quickly. Overall, the entire process was very smooth, and even though it could be stressful at times, the entire experience was very enjoyable!

Kelly was incredibly patient, always willing to show me properties, and pointed out features both positive and negative that I would not otherwise have considered. When she was out of town or assisting another buyer in a transaction, she helped coordinate with Chris and Joe to make sure I was able to see and put offers in on properties in a timely manner.
