I highly recommend Clara. She is very responsive, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I was purchasing from out-of-state so everything was remote. The process was easy and seamless. We were able to close in just under 30d. Would have been
a week earlier but pushed the closing due to seller request. Then during the week of closing, I had a family emergency arise in which I had to fly out of town unexpectedly. Clara and the rest of the crew worked quickly and diligently to work with us on getting closing date moved last minute. This definitely took stress off and allowed me to focus and be with family during a time in need. I highly recommend Clara as a lender and will continue to use her for my REI needs.
