We have a house out near Valley Christian that they have managed for us for about fifteen years. Most of that time we were living in Mexico, so we needed some one to take care of everything.

Most months nothing happens except collicting rent and paying our part of the proceeds. Distributions and reports are always on time.

We have had a few problems come up, as any property would in that time. Things have always been resolved satisfactorily.

Fireside Property Management did a wonderful job managing the renting of our father's home. Both Brian and Kendra made the process so simple and seamless. They found a very reliable tenant who took great care of the home. They have a plethora of resources to help take care of any issues/repairs with the home, are very timely and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them! Definitely slept better know our father's home was in good hands!
