They are Slum-Lords. They will gladly take your money, and give you nothing in return. Do not expect any repairs, maintenance, or security.

If 0 was an option that would be most appropriate. My mother is a homeowner with an adjoining fence to a house being rented. When the fence needed fixing they agreed to pay for half with the stipulation that the property management would find the workers to fix the fence. Less than six months later the fence began to lean. We found out that 4 fence posts were never put in to hold up the fence. When my mom went to speak to the manager Elizabeth, she told my mother that she needed to speak with the homeowner. Over 2 years and nothing was done from the property manager. After initially paying $2500 for the fence she paid an additional $1500 to clean up the original work. My mother is on a fixed income and the audacity of of a company like this to give her the big run around is shameless. The house next door is rented to a family member of the management company under the housing athority and the children living in the rented house was my mom's biggest concern
That fence could have very easily fallen on one of them and desperately need to be fixed. Shame on the property manager for not making this a priority.

If I could give 0 STARS for this review I would. I rented from Filice for the past 3 years... at first the ladies that worked there were helpful and nice, now they are all rude and all seem to be on different pages like they don't communicate. THE WORSE PART IS we moved out a few weeks ago and previous to that they came in our apartment and gave us a list of everything that needed to be cleaned and addressed. I spent 5 hours myself cleaning EVERYTHING they asked accept for cleaning the oven and had the carpets professionally shampooed... by the way I am a clean freak and my oven wasn't unacceptable what so ever. The sad part is this complex was built in the 70's with the original windows that caused major mold issues which I have copies of the emails I sent them and they never took care of the issue. My boyfriends car was stolen right from our carport and when i called in to tell Filice they said that was non of their concern. On another day I left my mop outside for 1 hour and they sent me a warning letter... Although I loved my neighbors they had all types for trash and other belongings that they should have been worried about. They took $950 from me which was half my deposit, stating cleaning fees. I am now going back and forth with them trying to get back my money. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Worse experience ever.

I don't recommend rent in this place there have a bad problem with the mold went you call them to fix anything they take forever and who ever manages the apartments they only want to hear them and not the ones that rent the apartment.

Lived at an apartment complex of there's and it was the worst 3 years. A huge rat, possuum and feril cats are the worst. Gilroy water affected my kuds and I also.
Finally moved last month and these people stole our deposit. I explained and they inspected before my move and after the more than 1000.00 that they kept said all kinds of horrible things. I am a sick woman with 2 disabled kids and they stole there money. I really advice people to NOT LIVE IN ANY PROPERTY THEY OWN. Hated that place and now my kids and I can begin our healing process. The address is 8195 Parish Way. Don't live there you'll regret it.
Wanted to take to court but I just don't ever want to have to see them.

I would never use Filice as a manager of my properties based simply on the way they look and are maintained.. What a joke.. They may collect the rents, but that's about it. Owners Beware...

According to my wife Maria. The so called ladies that work there are rude as hell. I think they just rent to people they like. Its not a good environment vibe in there.

Horrible rental company, among other issues won't let us have window ac units, they hire a landscaper but want us to address lawn browning, they complain about a couple items in the front yard that aren't visible from street but won't address the mold in our bathroom, can't wait to move
