VERY unhappy with the ethics of this agency. Because we are moving back from the West Coast our offer was shut down by the “good ‘ol boy” agents. Realtor was informed that our realty agent was preparing our offer. Fields/Gossett realty agent went back to their potential buyer and told them to increase their offer and hurried to present to the Sellers before we could present, telling them there were no other offers coming. Flat lie.
Unless you’re part of their club, don’t trust this agency. No ethics or morals, and claim to be Christian. Stole our dream home after property had been listed almost 3 months. ?
