we have officially passed 1 year of renting a beautiful unit from Fertig & Gordon and we are so pleased! Renting can be so scary but they made us feel right at home, literally!

F&G is extremely professional and understanding, they communicate quickly and make sure we are always happy, our maintenece requests get fixed promptly and they work with our schedules!

10/10 recommend to future tenants!

My husband and I lost our home due to the Altadena fires and we were in search of a new beautiful home, F&G company managed by Alyssa were the first ones to reach out and found the perfect apartment home we were looking for. They took great care of the check in maintenance list and leasing process. Great communication and takes everything into consideration.

I have lived at a F&G managed property for about four months now. So here are my thoughts.

Property 8/10- I love my apartment. The location isn’t the greatest but that no fault of F&G it’s just the city. They do a great job at vetting and my neighbors are pleasant to live with. We collectively keep the community clean. And the property is legitimately beautiful. 1930s with gorgeous arches.
Staff 9/10- I have had such a pleasant experience with almost everyone I have encountered. Even the one not so pleasant experience wasn’t even terrible. I just felt like the interaction lacked compassion. Michelle , Rommel, Alyssa, and I believe his name is William have been a great help from viewing, to applying , to moving, and even customer service when my payment was delayed in the mail.

Maintenance 6/10- So yeah a request to get a light fixed in a common area I made back in November is still not finished. They did dispatch a tech but it just hasn’t been completed yet. But like so what. It hasn’t been much of a problem. Plus it’s a really affordable apartment and if it was an actual urgent issue they would take care of it quickly.

I've lived in an apartment managed by Alyssa at Fertig and Gordon for over a year now. The first week, we moved in we had a leak and they fixed it immediately and gave us a reduction in rent for a month. They are always responsive with our issues and have been very quick to help us add people to our lease. They manage a lot of properties in this neighborhood so they have a reliable crew of handymen and landscapers.

Fertig & Gordon has been an exceptional choice for managing my retail buildings and apartments in LA county. Kristen and Kelly, the owners of the management company, have consistently demonstrated their expertise and dedication to ensuring the success of my properties.

One aspect that truly impresses me is their proactive approach to addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. They are always quick to respond and resolve any tenant complaints or property emergencies, ensuring that everything runs smoothly without disruption. For example, just a few months ago, the entire driveway leading into one of my apartment buildings CAVED in causing many tenant vehicles to be trapped in their garage and unable to drive out for nearly a whole month. I was freaking out and thinking that I'd have to reimburse all the tenants a large portion of their rent but Kristen and Kelly told me sit back and let them handle it and they were able to keep all the tenants calm and I didn't end up reimbursing a single dollar for the disruption!

Furthermore, Kristen and Kelly's dedication to maintaining open and transparent communication is exceptional. I am the type of guy that likes to keep a close eye on everything and have been very impressed with how well-informed they keep me about the status of my properties by providing regular updates on rental income, expenses, and any necessary repairs or renovations. This has helped me make well informed decisions regarding my investments.

Overall, I cannot recommend Fertig & Gordon enough to any property owner in need of reliable management services.

Honesty is hard to come by now days with property managers and I am very glad to been referred to them (:

I was a happy tenant at 915 Beverly Way in Altadena for the past 12 yrs,until the Eaton Canyon fires destroy my home on Jan 7,25.Romel Flunder was a great asset in keeping the tenants problems or issues taking care of in a timely fashion,she always made sure our maintenance issues were resolved as quickly as possible.
Alyssa & the mgmnt team have gone above & beyond in helping displaced tenants,find new homes & household items.This has been such a humbling experience ,but they have made the transition seamless.I appreciate & can't say enough about how blessed & happy I feel to be able to rebuild my life in a new home.

I recently rented a beautiful home from F&G and my experience has been nothing but pleasant! After inquiring about the property, F&G staff was quick to respond, showing my partner and I the home within 24 hours. I mentioned I was looking to move fairly quickly so this promptness was greatly appreciated.

Because we are renting an older home, we had a few concerns with the electricity and gas line. These worries were immediately addressed with F&G staff coming out before we officially moved in to ensure all of our concerns were addressed.

I am pleasantly surprised with the value, quality, and promptness from F&G!

This company is nothing but a joke they hire the most uneducated people as apartment managers. They can't keep proper care of the buildings they manage.
Please stay away from any apartment or building this guys manage as gou will not get anything done to your apartment the moment it goes down.

i.e. this property they manage in La Habra is been having a broken fence that needs to be welded yet here we are a year later and nothing has been fixed.
