Ferland is a very nice company. They are efficient and always send maintenance to fix "whatever" on the same day or the next. The management and building workers are very professional and polite. I have enjoyed living here, if there is an emergency they'll send someone right away. Even on weekends.
It was worth it to apply for an apartment here.

Where do I begin? Recently the company refuses to secure my building. Any one can walk right in. They are so cheap they won't get a security camera to stop vandalism

They will not rent to us because we have a dog who is on the breed restriction list (rottie) and because he is over 25lbs but I have seen multiple large dogs on their property from occupants living there. They ask me to rehome my family member yet let others not follow the rule? Unfair and poor management.

The managers that work here are unprofessional,make sure if you want to live here you take pictures, they show you an apartment take your deposit, when it comes to moving in they give you a total different apartment from the one you saw and put a deposit on
