I can't say enough good about my experience with Melissa Davis with Ferguson Realty in Knoxville, TN over the past 3 years that I have "known" her. Honestly, we have never even met in person, but I wouldn't contact anyone else for my real estate needs. We first developed a working relationship 3 years ago when I was planning a move from FL to TN. Those plans fell through and I ended up staying in my FL home until just recently when I sold my home. Purchasing a house is never an easy task, especially in this crazy economy. Add to it trying to purchase one from 2,500 miles away, some would call us crazy. Dave made it as simple as possible. He made himself available to us throughout the entire process - from the initial meeting, check-ins, scheduling a showing, moving quickly on the offer, offering his advice and guidance, and communicating throughout the process. We may not have made it easy for him and his team given our ignorance to the process, but Dave was always willing to answer any of our questions - and there were many - and further clarify and explain things. He went the extra mile leading up to the closing- holding packages for us and even meeting us (very) late after hours for the final walk through. Feel like we made a friend who we can trust for recommendations. Thanks to Dave for helping us navigating this stressful process and being so friendly and personable!
