Hank sent us a letter for a $100 fine for parking in our community’s overflow parking. When we questioned the fine, he said that it was because there was space in our driveway. We asked for the rules and regulations, which are attached to this review, and nowhere does it state that owners and visitors aren’t allowed to use overflow parking. It says to park in a driveway when possible, but on that day, it wasn’t possible. We had visitors, in addition to large orders being delivered and assembled. The rules do not state the owners have to get permission before parking in overflow parking for short times. We were not there for even 24 hours. My father in law lives in (and is on the board of) The Cove in Turkey Creek. When I told him about our issues, he said he recognized the name, and his neighborhood wasn’t happy with Hank’s services. I don’t know if Hank was under Fennell Property management at the time, or if it was his previous company, but either way…

Fennell Property Management has managed our neighborhood for two years now and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the team! Hank has been the main point of contact for all of our concerns/items that needed to be fixed and he’s been very prompt and responsive to our needs. As always, managing an HOA company is going to get complaints. The team always is fair in their actions and I couldn’t be happier with them! 10/10 would recommend for other neighborhoods!

Our neighborhood of 260+ single family homes recently switched to Fennell Property Management Group. Andy is assigned as our account lead. He and their group have demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, proactive service level, and seamless transition from previous vendor. They grow strategically which we appreciate. Highly recommend - they have been such a blessing!

I am on the board of Harrison Forest Condos. Hank Fennell is our property manager. He has always responded to my emails VERY promptly, even on a busy Monday morning. He is a wealth of information and has given us valuable perspective when we have had to make decisions. I feel he has our best interests in mind when collecting bids for work to be done on our property. He has to deal with a lot of questions and complaints (nature of the job), and always responds with patience and professionalism.

Fennell Property Management does a very professional job in our Hoa community. Although we have 2 or 3 homeowners that refuse to obey by the covenant & bylaws. Hank always manages to correct the issue in a timely manner. Hank has the most professional staff & crew. Thank you folks for all the hard work.

I am pleased to hear that other communities also find Hank unpleasant and unprofessional. Hank manages my community's HOA, and all rules and regulations are selectively enforced. He is threatening to forcefully remove my newly constructed fence, although it is uniform to the neighbor's. He allows another member of the community to park in reserved parking, however, I have received letterings threatening the towing of my vehicle. Fennell Property Management selectively applies grey, to otherwise black and white rules. I very seldom write Google reviews, but the selective enforcement of rules, and complete disregard for the members of the community is astounding. Don't forget, Hank, that my dues pay your salary. Thankfully, my written proof of selective enforcement, is grounds to sue.

Our New HOA Board has worked with Fennell Property Mgt for almost year. We recommend Hank for his guidance and professional experience as he has given us sound advice in making some of our difficult decisions. Trying to pay HOA monthly payments with this company is discouraging at best. They use a outside system for processing monthly ACH payments that is not user friendly I deal with many HOA and this is the worst by far. Little help from office staff and manager will only answer emails after you call him multiply times. They sent me a late notice on a monthly HOA bill that was paid and processed at the bank 10 days prior.
