I've been renting a property with them for nearly a year. I've had several issues with repairs and it seems to take them a ridiculous amount of time (months) usually to fix an issue. Kim Williams, the manager, claims to be the owner and won't do her job. She ignores you and even fails to keep a safe living environment, free from harassment of other tenants who let their dangerous dog run wild off leash. She even hangs up the phone on you instead of dealing with the issue at hand. I've been renting for thirty years and never have had a property manager behave so poorly and unprofessionally. Since Kim can't be bothered to do her job, the courts will have to settle the many, many issues. Oh, and check out the picture of the "clean" apartment I moved into. Kim is a slum lord, and a disturbingly unprofessional human being. Rent elsewhere or deal with your issues in court, because Kim doesn't do her job. UPDATE: because Kim failed to do her job, I got dragged to court for a civil harassment restraining order (subsequently dropped due to lack of evidence), by my crazy neighbor. If Kim had enforced the rules of the lease and made sure her tenants were free from harassment and safe, I would have never had to miss work to go to court. Worst property management company ever! STAY AWAY!

I've been a renter with Feather River Property Mgt for over a year now. I haven't had to make any service requests until today. The property manager, Brittany, was very prompt with having a contractor come out and assess the issue and getting it resolved.

We have been extremely pleased with our new, clean apartment and how easy the move-in process was. We also would like to thank Brittany on her professionalism, kindness and getting back to us in a speedy manner.

They are the worst management company I have had in my 52 years of life. Kim the main one charged me for the water heater leaking that was above me!! In another apartment. Repairs for two pieces of blinds and holes from pictures came out to700 bucks.. if I could give it minus stars. I would do it . And it’s also illegal to not have an onsite manager which she did!!

The experience I had looking for a place was great, Brittany with FRPM was very attentive and made everything happen effortlessly. Moving into our place was nice and even experiencing having an issue with our AC/heater, putting in a service order we were contacted the same day and someone was out to fix it the next day. So far I’m very satisfied with this property management and very thankful for Brittany making it such an easy process!

If I had a choice to not even give a one start I would ! Jenny and Kim are both super unprofessional they are here to rip anybody off. I do not recommend this place do not trust these people. Kim's husband is the maintenance and will overly charge to have that extra money for themselves.

Choosing Feather River Property Management as my first experience as a renter has been amazing. They’ve helped me with any questions or concerns I had. When I needed help with any maintenance they made me feel like I was top priority because they would resolve my issue immediately. After being with them for almost 2 years I can say they’re definitely a company worth your time. Kim is super professional and on top of that she demonstrates she genuinely cares for her tenants and properties.
