If I can give them a negative rating below zero, I would do so.
They managed my properties from May 1,2022 to April 30, 2023 and I could not wait for my contract to be over.
Very unreliable, irresponsible company. They take your money but will not deliver anything.
When I went to pick up the tenant files and keys to my buildings when our contract ended, they could not produce the keys to one building and only returned partial keys to my other building.the manager claimed they gave my keys to the “new company”. I told them that I did not authorize them to give my keys to anyone except myself and I had a scheduled appointment for the return of files and keys to my buildings.
Major breach in security.
Do not use them for your rental properties.
Tenants complain that maintenance requests were ignored. Luckily, we did not have any major crisis, so when I visit the buildings, tenants report issues to me and I take care of them.
