Three years ago, we needed an appraisal at the last minute. Franca was willing and able to help us and for a reasonable fee. She did a great review and helped us get a more accurate appraisal on our house, which we needed to help reduce our tax payments. Recently, we needed help again and she was able to provide the info to know how to handle the new assessment on our home. We highly recommend Franca for your appraisal needs.

Franca showed up to our appraisal appointment over an hour late (which I had left work early for to ensure I was on time to meet her). She failed to even call me to let me know she was running late (it wasnt until I called her 15 mins after her scheduled arrival time that I learned she was running late). I called her an hour after our appointment time to let her know i would like to rechedule (since it was now 6pm and I had not even started dinner) and she wouldnt answer her phone. She then showed up and failed to call me. It wasnt until my tenants called me to let me know she was in their apartment that I was even aware she arrived. When I showed up to my tenants apartment she said to me " I am going to start down here " no apology for being late or anything... It was at that point I realized how unprofessional she really was and that I was 100% all set with her service.
