Keith Bice is hands down the BEST in the business. He fought for me to get the best rates and searched high and low for any program I qualified for to help with closing costs. Similar to another customers review, Keith Bice and the FBC Team are awesome! I spoke with Keith about a home loan and we closed on our house yesterday, in less than 30 days! Keith has serviced my family across state lines (AL and FL) for over 20 years and was very informative and knowledgeable and a straight shooter right up front. He took the time to explain things and as a first time home buyer this helped build my confidence and trust in the process.

Very nice people, but beware they’ll almost certainly transfer your mortgage away the second you close. I, along with another friend, both bought houses through them and before we even made the first payment we were already Mr. Cooper customers at no choice of our own.
