Look elsewhere. There are realtors that run their business like a business and are dedicated professionals who know their craft. Then there are the folks that think they can sell real estate because they've watched a few seasons of House Hunters. This firm is the latter. No awareness of SC contract law, common real estate practices, or how to push a deal through to completion.

Edit: take a look at the dates of other reviews. Kind of funny that they had several five star reviews on the exact same day. Also, at least one of the reviewers is one of their agents lol. Gives you an idea of what kind of firm they run if they have to make employees leave reviews.
