Cancels appointment I scheduled a week ago last minute on my way to view an apartment. I hate being that guy to leave a bad review as I own my own business and understand things happen , but a call, a email, hell a smoke signal would have been nice. Also their answering machine doesn’t make it any easier as you can’t speak with anyone it is all automated.

This is tenant Norma and had a fantastic experience with Jeff Murray. Just saw him in the parking lot and asked if he could take a look at my closet door. He was so kind and willing to take a look at it and continued on to just fix it. Took it off the wall and repaired it in no time. He was a fantastic young man and wonderful to see such a great attitude on someone. I have been living here for 31 years and it's the first time that somebody has fixed it in a snap.You should be happy to have someone like Jeff Murray on your team.i was very impressed overall. Mike is great! We recommend him greatly!!!! he's fast efficient and gets things done. He came and did the walk through, and by the next day, it was complete. I was so happy with the new shower, (which is amazing) My outlets were working (which everyone knows when you have certain outlets not working it's frustrating) we couldn't be happier !
