Not the service I expected from a luxury brand...

Came in to physically look/feel/sit in and learn more about the models. Aviator, Nautilus and the new Navigator...

After 30mins of being interrogated in the office we finally went outside.

Was told we couldn't look at new navigator, I pushed, it was supposed to be open but ended up being locked... that was the first vehicle...

Second one had to wait/roam around looking for it... checked it out then went for a third one.

Had to walk behind the building then was told couldn't take a test drive. (We wanted to feel how the hybrid drives)

On our way back I pushed again to look at the navigator and asked to find the keys...

Ended up just walking out as the sales person disappeared...

In the less amount of time we wasted here, we were able to check out three other dealerships(Totyota, Acura, and Lexus) and inspect 7 other models with much better customer service and knowledge of the vehicles...
