Had a nice time at this beautiful hotel. New, clean and modern. They offer an amazing and healthy breakfast. I brought my favorite bed pillow with a quality pillowcase on it and forgot it. I was so disappointed as I can't drive back to pick it up. I called and spoke to Landon and he was so helpful ! He located it and agreed to send it to me for 12.50. I couldn't believe it. What service !! The whole staff was amazing ! Thankful !!

I travel a lot and always stay at Marriott properties. The Fairfield Inn & Suites South Kingstown was the nicest Fairfield Inn I have stayed at. In fact, it was nicer than some of the other properties by Marriott. I spent 5 nights at Fairfield Kingston. From the exterior to the interior, it was spotless. The hotel is off the highway in an extremely quiet and peaceful setting. The staff was very professional and helpful. The breakfast was fresh with several choices. The two ladies who worked in the breakfast area kept it spotless and replenished with fresh items. The location was also very convenient to the surrounding area. We were 16.2 miles to Newport and 31 miles from Mystic, Connecticut. We visited several areas. Our stay at this property was very enjoyable.

I booked in room for my parents as a holiday gift. The staff was so nice and friendly. They upgraded their room, they helped my mom work her uber app and when the hotel lost electricity, Linden was so pleasant calm and professional, he made my parents feel comfortable he didn’t even panic when there was someone stuck in the elevator. My parents were so happy with their stay I wanted to share. Thank you.

We spent one night here on our annual trip from NYC to the Matunuck Oyster Bar. Our 2-queen room was clean and comfortable. We liked the little "cubicle" with the toilet. We didn't eat breakfast here but it looked good; we went to Rachel's Cafe down the road. While here, we also hiked at Black Point, walked on Narragansett Beach, ate at Pasquales Pizza, and went to Whalers Brewery. In other words, this is a great location for all things South Kingstown and Narragansett.

Nice, clean, and spacious rooms along with really well-managed facilities. The breakfast has very good variety with gluten-free and dairy-free options. The pool and the fitness center are quite nice as well.

Overall, a very high-quality property with everything I would want from a hotel. 10/10

I travel all over the country for work and exclusively stay at Marriott properties. This Fairfield Inn is absolutely the cleanest place I have stayed. The rooms, beds, and bathrooms with walk in shower are the best!!

Super impressed with this property. Easy to find, with customer service-oriented staff.|The room was nice and big and clean, with very comfortable beds (I slept like a rock). The bathroom was huge, also with a nice big countertop.|One thing I don't like about this hotel room (and other Fairfield designs), is there is no 110V plug near the center shelf between the 2 beds. My wife uses a CPAP machine to sleep, and with no 110-plug available there - we have to rearrange the room to move a chair to hold the machine between the one available wall plug and the bed. Ugh. Also - read the hanging soap bottles in the shower with your glasses on BEFORE you shower, because the label letters are too small and hard to read once you're IN the shower without your glasses ;-)|This hotel features are large gathering area near the entrance (as seen in their advertising pix), and nice warm clean indoor pool. Outside the hotel they offer an attractive gas fueled running fireplace to relax by, and a larger seating area with a few things for kids to enjoy.|As far as their breakfast - this was one of the best offerings I've eaten at in a while. Real bacon & real cage-free scrambled eggs. The whole breakfast area was neat and tidy, with plenty of room to spread out & enjoy breakfast at. |If we return to this area again in the future - this Fairfield will be THE place we will book again.

This is a great place to stay especially for a weekend. 15 minute drive to URI or the beaches. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Breakfast has lots of options to choose from. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I stay there regularly and always have a good visit.
