We had an unfortunate experience working with Erum Balouch from EZ Realty & Property Management Inc. She hired Cleaning Crew Solutions for a carpet cleaning job at one of her properties but did not show up to grant us access or walk us through the job. It took her over 25 minutes to provide the access code, delaying our work.
Despite the carpets being heavily worn and damaged, we completed the job thoroughly and provided photographic proof of our work. She never came to inspect the results nor raised any concerns at the time. Days later, she called to inquire about the carpet's condition and suggested I return to review the area, but she never followed up to coordinate a meeting or discuss any solutions.
Instead of addressing the matter professionally, she left a negative review on our Google profile. When I reached out to her, she stated that she would remove the review if I issued a refund—an attempt to leverage a bad review for financial gain. At Cleaning Crew Solutions, we uphold strong business ethics and take pride in our 5-star reputation. It is disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism from a real estate professional. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with her.

This has been the worst experience we have ever had! We just rented a place & it has been one problem after another! Every time we reach out to Erum "I think that's how you spell her name" she completely ignores us & when she does respond she is snappy & rude!! It has been 3 weeks since we got measurements done for new blinds & still NOTHING!!! We can't cook anything in our oven as it has a very toxic chemical smell & it goes onto our food!! I put a maintenance request for that & guess what!? Nobody has shown up!! The place was filthy when we moved in, it was not cleaned or inspected! This place is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! We still have 11 months to go & we're dreading it! I'm gathering as much paperwork, pictures & receipts as I can, cause obviously we're gonna have to fix everything ourselves!! Very disappointing, but when rents due, they're all over it!!

Erum was my property manager she was fair if something needed to be fixed she was on top of it . I would highly recommend her . She was fair giving me my security deposit back and very professional. Thank you

Honestly the best realtors in Southern California! I've purchased and sold many homes in my years, but Rami Ilaian is one of the best I've ever met. He and his manager, Nezar, got me more than I was expecting for my home AND fought for me and got me a great deal on my current home. This company trains their realtors VERY well. Thanks again boys!

We live a few homes down on our street that has a rental from EZ rental. They do not provide yard maintenance or not do they hold renters responsibility for yard care.

In response to Maddy W's comments, I am the owner of the property and we always gave Maddy the respect that she deserved. We always addressed any issues in a timely manner. We didn't receive the same treatment when we asked her to provide us with access to to the property. My renters insurance was cancelled as a result of unsatisfactory conditions to the exterior of the property that where caused by Maddy and the people that moved in with her without notice to EZ realty and property management. When we finally received the property after the eviction we were able to see the the unsatisfactory conditions inside the home. I stand behind EZ Realty & Property Management for the actions that they where forced to take as a result of Maddy's failure to comply with our requests.

We had to move out of Murrieta because of our job situation and planned to buy a home in our new location however only by selling the existing home. we needed someone who could sell our house quickly with a good market price. Here comes EZ realty who worked and prepared our property for the market and sold it in time without any hassle before the closing of our new home. We are really satisfied with the kind of service and the offer they fetched in for us and also how quick they sold our house. We would like to thank EZ management for taking care of our need. We highly recommend if you are buying, selling or managing your property.

These people are terrible. They do not care about the tenants. They don’t answer to the maintenance request. They don’t answer the maintenance phone line they say leave your number but they never call back. They let us go the whole entire summer and never fixed my air conditioner and it got as hot as 115. They sent two different people out on two different occasions whom both said they ac needed to be replaced they never had it fixed. I have a child but do they care no. But every time rent is due they are sending out emails reminding us to pay our rent but can’t fix nothing. Never again will I rent through these people. I also had problems with them at my previous address so I’ve had plenty of experience to know they are aweful people all they care about is that they get their money. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Edit to your response the ac is NOT in working condition if that is the case why was two different people sent out and both whom told me it needed to be replaced and the last guy that was sent out told me that a new ac had been ordered and he would be back in two days to put the new one in yet I’ve never heard from him again we went the entire summer with no ac and another thing I have put in other maintenance request that were never replied to never acknowledged or nothing. Don’t let me get started on how when I moved out of previous address you guys said that we owed $450 dollars for carpet cleaning when there was no carpet nowhere in that house at all what so ever it was all wood floor and the floor was not messed up at all so that will never be paid so I stand on what I said good day.
