My husband and I stayed in Las Gaviotas over the weekend and we absolutely loved it! The condo was extremely clean, it had a beautiful view, and we really liked the fact that it was in a gated community.
It was very close to Puerto Nuevo, down town Rosarito, and only about an hour north of Ensenada.
The private beach was a short walk from our condo and it was beautiful.
We can't wait to go back!

As for the property management; they are awesome. Rick contacted me immediately upon booking and gave me his cell phone along with his email in case we needed anything. He made sure he got all the information to me before our arrival and even texted me to let me know when we were getting our deposit back.

Rented a one-bedroom condo at Las Gavaitos in Rosarito Beach for my anniversary and what a great choice it was. The stunning view from the balcony along with the size of the condo as well. It is very welcoming and clean. The view is stunning. Rick is a great host and cant wait to go back again soon!! Thanks Rick.

We stayed at a home in Las Gaviotas - it was amazing for a couple traveling to surf for a few weeks! We absolutely loved it, cooked a bunch of our meals in the kitchen, and walked down to surf nearly every day. Richard was really helpful in making our trip easy and quick to respond. Will absolutely return!

I stayed in one of Ricks rental properties in Rosarito (Las Gaviotas) and it was so amazing! There is a beautiful view of the surf break from his place! His place is very clean and had everything we needed. It is very peaceful and we had access to a private beach and it's awesome! Very relaxing and nice!

We've stayed in Rick's Las Gaviotas / Rosarito property twice. It's spectacular! Easy to get in and out of there. Property is behind guarded gates. Feels perfectly safe! Gorgeous Views from relaxing large patio. Short path walk to world class pristine beach! Unit is upgraded and beautiful inside!

Lack of professionalism, paid $65 for an application to rent a property and the only communication I got was that they'd let me know if we got accepted by the owner or not. I kept requesting an update and never heard back despite a few efforts to re-establish communication by text, email and calls. I understand if applicants aren't selected but these people should reach out to communicate at minimum.

I decided to look for a Property Management company to manage my property instead of doing it myself. After researching several Property Management companies, I decided to use Express Property Management due to all of the great reviews online. I must admit, all of the reviews online were true. Rick Garcia promised me that he would find a great tenant and he delivered. He made the process very easy and I am a happy customer. I am looking forward to them managing my property for a long time.
