Within no time at all Cheryl found us the perfect first home and went leaps and bounds beyond what she had to do to insure we got the house. Our end caused the process to be much more difficult and time consuming than anyone expected but she never stop working and we couldn’t be happier!

If I could rate higher than a 5, I would. Cheryl succeeded in our wants in regards to our timeline of needing our home sold/getting am offer. Told Cheryl I needed it sold and our family moved out by May. She succeeded wayyyyy before May. Our home was on the market for almost a year before we switched to Cheryl. She was able to get it listed within two days and have an offer on in within a month. I would definitely recommend her and Exit Realty for any of your buying and selling needs. Cheryl listened to our wants and needs.!!!
