Beautiful homes. Very quiet private community! We have helped multiple buyers in this community now and it has been a great experience. The project manager, Brandy, is awesome and super helpful with all of our questions and making sure the property is in the best condition when delivered.

I've owned my home in Dorada for 2.5 years now. Constant issues. Constant repairs. Two specific items have had to be re-repaired multiple times and now they're claiming that I'm out of warranty....even though the original claims were placed while they were still in warranty. They won't take responsibility that their poor repairs pushed the issues beyond the warranty and now they won't own them. So now I have to take care of the issues myself and then take them to small claims court to get reimbursed the money I'm going to be out. I would never buy another home from Evergreen. They don't stand by their work or repairs.

We bought our beautiful home and moved in in November 2019. We love that it’s a gated community, sidewalks on both sides of the street, and inside mailboxes, all for homeowners dues of $33 a month! Great energy efficient home, with fantastic views of the valley and our beautiful mountains. This has been one of the very best home buying experiences we’ve ever had thanks to the many people of Evergreen homes. They just want you to be happy.

Very horrible customer service. Defective build throughout the whole home. Home construction took roughly 2 years. Windows not properly installed air gap, dirt bugs come in. Incompetent home builder and service repair. Electrical plumbing concrete window issues etc.

People are paying thousands of dollars, for poor quality homes. Every foundation in the Dorado track, has cracked foundations. Don't be surprised if your walls crack.

The concrete contractor added too much water to the concrete. Every slab cracked the very next day.
