This property management company is exceptionally unprofessional. If they have any issues or problems, they will shoot first and ask questions later. In other words, they will blame you for things that are not your responsibility.

Been here 4 years. EBMC AUBURN takes over and I have no working A/C and black mold. They are steady raising the rent and running off the current tenats that live here. They lied to the apartments I applied to and told them I had six late payments when all my rent is timestamped on the 5th. You guys took over in Jan/Feb how is that possible?!? When the 5th falls on weekends I make sure WHEN I can find the manager that it is ok to be paid on that day. Manager gets in days later and processes it late.......NOT MY PROBLEM! So now I have been denied to the new apartments and am stuck in black mold and no A/C! Shame on it all!
