Esther did everything my old house needed to be cleaned up and presentable in order to be sold. She had good advice about what work was worth doing and what I didn't need to do. The house looked the best it ever had by the time she was done with it - shiny and new. She is very detail oriented and everything looked perfect. She even had some garbage someone had dumped across the street removed. She managed everything and the house was sold for an excellent price within a month of the tenants moving out.

The real estate business can feel crazy and unpleasant at times (in my opinion, and especially in such an expensive area as the Bay Area) but Esther truly has a strong moral compass.
