We have nothing but great things to say about the team. A huge thank you to Chris, Sabrina, and Thalia. We were a bit skeptical to start the home buying process through Instagram but I am so glad we did. The team has stayed responsive and we feel like they had our best intent in mind at all times. At no point did we feel pressured or overwhelmed. Chris and Sabrina were able to lock in a great rate and close escrow in only 17 days. Thalia was so patient and observant during each showing. She is so good at what she does and because of this, we were able to build trust with the team so quickly. I cannot write a more genuine review than this but we are so grateful for all the team has done for us.

Sabrina was representing the buyer of the home I have up for sale. Since the beginning of our transaction with her it was delay after delay. We provided all the information and requests she asked for..After several weeks of waiting for a response they failed to perform. It was a waste of our time dealing with Sabrina. Stay Away from working with Sabrina if you want a smooth transaction. She is not professional at all. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Chris and Sabrina at Estates and Rates are awesome to work with. First got the privilege to work with them on refinancing my income property. Chris was very professional and attentive with answering any and all questions. He made the process stress free. Was able to get me an outstanding interest rate and lower my monthly payments. Was so pleased with his responsiveness and professionalism that my wife and I used him again months later to purchase our family home. This time around we had the opportunity to work with Sabrina as our realtor. Sabrina hands down is the best realtor to work with. She was so patient with my wife and I. She always had our best interest at heart and we never felt pressured in any way. She never gave us no for an answer and was always willing to go the extra mile. Chris and Sabrina took the time to show us countless homes and when we finally found the house that best suited us. Sabrina and Chris advocated for us to get the best deal possible. Sabrina was able to get our offer accepted within a day of writing up the offer and Chris was able to close escrow on time in a smooth fashion. Chris and Sabrina’s work ethic and professionalism are outstanding. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

I would like to take this time to thank Chris and Sabrina from Estates and Rates for the awesome experience and smooth process during the purchase of our 2nd home.
